Appointments/Walk-Ins

Please book in advance online, by phone or message to ensure availability. As a courtesy, we confirm all appointments through text, email, or a phone call. You are always welcome to give us a call at (905) 745-9574, email at hintsofhalo@gmail.com or direct message us on Instagram/Facebook prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services and ask any questions you may have.

We can take walk-in appointments only if we have availability.

Cancellation Policy

We have reserved our time and space just for you and require 24-hour notice of any appointment rescheduling and appointment changes. Please keep in mind that “no-shows” or last-minute cancellations leave us with an empty time slot, resulting in a $50 cancellation fee.

  • If it is your first time rescheduling or cancelling an appointment before giving the 24-hour notice, no penalty shall be charged.

  • If it is your second time rescheduling or cancelling an appointment without giving the proper advanced noticed, there will be a charge. Same day cancellations will be charged a deposit fee of $50 which can be used for a future service.

  • If for any reason we reschedule or cancel an appointment with proper advance notice no charge will be applied.

No Shows

Clients who fail to show for appointments will be asked to pre-pay for future services. After the first time, no show clients will be asked to reserve future appointments with a credit card.

Arriving

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. New clients will be required to fill out consent forms / confidential health history record.

Running Late

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on the circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your appointment. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but may receive an abbreviated session to ensure that the next guest is not delayed. Please understand that we cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to late arrival.

Health Concerns

Please contact when making your booking if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you suffer from any medical conditions, injuries and allergies or if you have any special requests as some treatments may not be safe or suitable to be carried out.
